Cotton Candy Dipped Grapefruit by Finn Daily

2 cups of water.

1 cup cotton candy.

2 tbsp cornstarch.

2 tbsp cold water.



Boil two cups of water. Add one cup of cotton candy. Take a separate bowl. Put two tbsp of cornstarch in the small bowl. Then put two tbsp of cold water into the bowl. Stir until all of the cornstarch has been mixed in. Pour this mixture into the pot where the boiling water is,while constantly whisking. Whisk until the mixture is solid. Turn off the heat. Cut the pineapple into bite sized chunks. Cut the grapefruit in half. Decorate each half with pineapple slices. Pour the mixture on top of the grapefruit.
