BPP Youth Education Program

2022 SUMMER CAMPS

Click here to learn about & register for our 2022 SUMMER CAMPS. Please note that all of our programs are in collaboration with our partners at Cardinal Stage and Bloomington Academy of Film & Theater. This link will take you to another website (www.thebaft.org/summer), but don’t worry, all of our camps that you know and love from the past few years are still being offered. And they’ll still be taking place at BPP’s Ted Jones Playhouse.

About Our Education Program

Through the BPP Youth Education Program, sponsored by IU Credit Union, over 14,000 kids have written new plays or performed on our stage. We operate the longest running and most trusted theatre education program in the area, with over 30 years of experience in arts education. We offer year-round programming (in-school and at the BPP) for ages 5 and up.

All of our classes and camps focus on the art of creating something new; whether it’s a new character, a new story, or a new play. Students learn to collaborate with others and become more confident and comfortable with their bodies and voices, while learning the skills needed to write and create their own new plays.
