Figs and Salmon
Ingredients provided:
Figs
Gin Gin chewy candy
Quinoa
Additional Ingredients:
Fresh Baby Spinach (2 cups)
Salmon (1/4 pound)
Sour Cream Dill Sauce
1/2 cup Sour Cream
3 tsp Dill
1 1/2 tbsp Horseradish Mustard
2 tsp Lemon juice
Directions:
– Cook quinoa in a pan with chicken broth and white wine (varies with amount of quinoa)
– Grill salmon. Drizzle oil on skin side; kosher salt and ground pepper on top. Grill skin side
down at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Let salmon rest for five additional minutes.

Place spinach on plate
Place salmon on spinach
Place Quinoa around salmon
Place dill sauce on salmon
