Finn’s Fig-Glazed Salmon
Serves 4


15 figs
8 Gin-gins
2 cups water
1 cups quinoa
3 stalks of broccoli
15 baby carrots
1/2 cups peas
4 salmon filets


Blend 15 figs.

Take 8 gin-gins and add them to a medium pot with NO water. Turn the burner on low. When the gin-gins are almost melted add 8 tablespoons of the blended figs and stir.
Boil 2 cups of water. Once it boils put in 1 cup quinoa. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Cut off the heads of 3 small stalks of broccoli. Cut up 15 baby carrots. Mix together in a bowl and add about ½ cup of peas. Steam them.

Mix up the quinoa with the steamed vegetables.

Put salmon in a greased pan. Cover the top of the salmon with the glaze. Put it in the oven at 400 for 12 minutes or until salmon flakes and is fully cooked.

Take the salmon out of the oven and put it on the bed of steamed vegetables and quinoa.
