Opening Night Party
Help us celebrate the start of our 17th season after the show on Thursday, June 23. Following the opening night performance of The K of D, an urban legend, we’ll get together at Davidson Brothers’ Restaurant. ATF and Davidson Brothers – a downtown Glens Falls tradition since 1996. Add $17 to your subscription order to attend.
Pre-Show Wine Tasting
Prior to the Wednesday, July 13, performance of Shooting Star, join ATF artists and staff at a 7pm wine tasting sponsored by UnCorked Glens Falls. The tasting is themed to the evening’s show. Space is limited! Add $17 to your subscription order to attend.
Here’s a great way to gain insight into the creation of a new musical comedy. Participants will receive a copy of the script for Hello Out There before they come to the show, and can join in a conversation with the writers and artists following the performance. Also perfect for Book Clubs. Participation requires a paid ticket to the performance. A PDF version of the script is free; a printed copy is $5. Sponsored by Red Fox Books.
Have a question about the show you just saw? Want to talk about what you liked (or didn’t like) about it? Following every performance, Mark Fleischer, ATF’s producing artistic director, moderates a discussion about the play. It’s a great chance to learn more and to express your opinion. And it gives Mark an opportunity to get to know you, our valued subscribers. Free.
Held each January at the Wood Theater, ATF’s Winter Benefit includes food and beverages from some of the area’s top eateries and one of the area’s most popular live and silent auctions. Plus the evening features toe-tapping, musical entertainment from veteran ATF performers. Proceeds support ATF’s artistic and educational programs. The 2012 Benefit will be held Friday, January 13. Tickets will go on sale in November.
